This is a database accessible by the Regional Employers Organisations to enable them to support local authorities to find suitable interim managers.

We are looking for HR managers who have recently retired or been made redundant, HR consultants willing to
take on an interim role and HR professionals returning after a career break who wish to return to the market.
There is no fee for you to register on this website

Local authorities will be expected to go though the REO to access the facility. The REO will provide the authority with a list of potential interims along with their CVs. Dependent on which region the requirement is in, either the REO or the relevant local authority will then contact you.

The local authority or REO will negotiate fees and conditions with you.

The REO will not be the selecting/appointing organisation.

You will be expected to keep your registration information and CV up-to-date. However, you will also be sent an e-mail reminder at least once every two months.

The REO will seek a report from the local authority on completion of the contracted work.
